| Price | Mono Pro is planned at ¥600 per month or ¥6,000 per year. The final tax-inclusive price will be shown on the product and checkout pages when sales begin. |

| Payment methods | Credit card and any other methods displayed at Stripe checkout. |
| Payment timing | The initial fee is charged when the subscription begins. Future charges are made automatically on the selected monthly or annual renewal date. |
| Service availability | Mono Pro features will generally become available immediately after payment is completed. |
| Term and automatic renewal | The monthly plan runs for one month and the annual plan for one year. Each renews for the same period until canceled by the user. |
| Cancellation | You may cancel through the customer portal before the next renewal date. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. |
| Refunds | Because this is a digital service, paid fees are generally not refunded on a prorated basis. We will review duplicate charges, major service failures, cases where a refund is required by law, and similar circumstances individually. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details. |
| System requirements | A desktop environment that supports the latest version of Google Chrome and Chrome extensions. For Mono Transcript to retrieve captions, captions must be available on the relevant YouTube video. |
| Application period and quantity limits | Unless expressly stated otherwise, there is no application deadline or sales quantity limit. |
